  • MWPS accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO insurance, please call the number on the back of your card to confirm that Margaret Elsesser is an "in-network provider".​

• Does MWPS accept out-of-pocket clients?

  • Yes. Sessions out-of-pocket are $150.​

• Does MWPS offer therapy online?

  • Yes. Telehealth is available to any woman in the state of Michigan.​

• Does MWPS offer in-person therapy?

  • Yes, there are limited spots available for in-person sessions at the Dearborn office. Please inquire directly for current availability.​

• ​Does MWPS see families or couples?

  • MWPS specializes in seeing individual women. However, sometimes exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire directly for more information. ​
